Licensed Home Inspector, Licensed Roofing and Specialty Contractor,
Daryl has lived in Tega Cay since 1986, and has a reputation for service in the area - as a Home Improvement Contractor , Roofer and and Home Inspector -- that spans nearly 30 years. People throughout York, Union and Mecklenburg Counties know Daryl for different reasons -- as a Contractor and Inspector, he developed an impeccable reputation through his professional relationships with homeowners, realtors and suppliers. As a coach of Youth Sports for 15 years, Daryl has gotten to know local families and watch their children grow. As an Life Member with the Tega Cay Fire Department, where he has twice been awarded Fire Fighter of the Year, Daryl continues to prove his commitment to serving others.
KELLY
With more than two decades as Business Owner and Consultant, Kelly has the skills to keep the business growing, organized and compliant.
With years in Construction/Home Improvement work, Kelly has also developed the knowledge and experience to work as an Inspection Assistant in the field. Eye Spy Carolina is known for their detailed and accurate reports and Kelly reviews each report to assure that what ESC clients receive is professional, accurate and easy to read.
Kelly also works to help customers and agents with get answers to their questions about Inspection Reports and listed defects, acting as a liaison between clients and inspectors to assure everyone has the information they need to meet their Due Diligence and Inspection deadlines.
TRAVIS
Licensed Home Inspector (NC/SC)
With years of experience working in various Construction trades, a love of all things mechanical and a natural inclination toward detail and curiosity, it's no wonder Home Inspection was Travis' chosen profession.
In addition to a busy inspection schedule, Travis is also continuing his education in technical inspection processes, including Thermography and Air Quality, which gives additional skills and knowledge to better service Eye Spy Carolina Inspection clients.
CARRIE
Carrie has worked in the Home Inspection industry for a number of years, handling scheduling for several Inspection companies prior to joining
Eye Spy Carolina in 2017. She handles all administrative functions,
keeps the wheels of the business running smoothly, handling inspection inquiries, scheduling and customer service.
Carries' is the cheerful voice most clients and agents reach when they
call our office and her years of work in Customer Service and Admin means Eye Spy Carolina clients and agents have a professional and capable person on the other end of the phone through the inspection and closing process.
